The many advantages of self-service systems are clear, from allowing staff to focus more on customer service, reducing queues and wait times, to improving and optimizing the overall customer experience. This all-in-one solution is designed for the fast-food sector but can also be used in a variety of retail environments that can benefit from a PCAP touch screen, QR code scanner, and printer in one solution (a payment terminal can also be integrated).
The solution includes Epson's thermal printer.
The screen supports 10 touchpoints and has a brightness of 350 nits. It features a built-in Windows PC with an i5 processor, 8GB of RAM (expandable), a 256GB drive, and wired networking (license sold separately).
The scanner is a CMOS scanner with a resolution of 640x480 pixels. The solution comes as a wall-mounted model, but a floor stand is available as an option. It can also be supplied with an optional NFC card reader.
